Ingredients:

2 kilong malalaking pusit, linisin at tanggalin ang laman-loob, itabi ang ulo

Para sa Palaman:
kalahating kilong sibuyas
kalahating kilong kamatis, tanggalin ang buto
kalahating kilong kintsay
2 kutsaritang asin


Paraan ng Pagluluto:

Paghalu-haluin ang lahat ng sangkap para sa palaman. Ipalaman ito sa mga pusit. Isoli ang tinanggal na ulo ng pusit sa katawan nito upang hindi matapon ang palaman. Hiwaan ng maliliit ang katawan ng mga pusit saka ihawin hanggang sa maluto. Ihaing mainit.
