Ingredients:
1 kg. gabi (taro leaves)
50 grams ginger, chopped
1 kilo shrimps, shells & head removed
2 cups vinegar
10 grams garlic, minced
6 cups coconut milk
50 grams onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
Stuff gabi leaves with shrimps and tie with their own vein.
Saute garlic, onion and ginger until golden brown. Pour in vinegar, then add the stuffed gabi leaves & coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes or until done. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with rice.
