Ingredients:
!/2 k. Squid, cleaned & cut into rings 1/2 k shrimps, shelled 1 can (250g) button mushroom 1/4 k. cauliflower, cut into bite size 1/4 k. young corn 1/4 k. string beans 1/4 k. snow peas (sitsaro) 1/4 k. cabbage, cut into squares 2 stalks of leeks, cut into 2 inches long 3 stalks celery, cut into 2 inches long 2 pcs green & red bell pepper, diced 5 cloves garlic, diced 2 pcs onions, diced 1 pc carrot, diced 2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup of water 2 cups water 3 tbsp patis (fish sauce) 4 tbsp coconut oil Salt to taste
Procedure:
Saute garlic and onions. Add squid, shrimps, button mushroom & fish sauce. Simmer for a minute. Add water then the vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are half done. Add the dissolved cornstarch and simmer for another minute. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve hot.
