Jackfruit in Coconut Milk

Ingredients:
6 cups langka (young jackfruit), sliced
!/2 Kilo crab, cleaned & cut into halves (dried dilis or anchovies can also be used)
3 clove garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
3 tbsp ginger
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups fresh gata (unang piga)
2 cups gata (pangalawang piga)
2 pcs hot pepper, chopped
salt to taste
Procedure:
Saute garlic, onion and ginger. Add the crabs & patis then simmer for 3 minutes. Add 2 cups gata (pangalawang piga), let it boil then add the young langka. Simmer for another 3 minutes or until the vegetable is done. Add the fresh gata. Simmer for a minute. Add salt to taste. Serve hot with rice.
