Ginataang Tilapia (Tilapia in Coconut Milk)

Ingredients:
1k. tilapia medium sized. Cleaned
1pc. ginger (about 2" x 2") cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1pc. onion sliced
2 pcs green hot pepper
1 cup coconut milk(kakang gata)
1 cup coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
1 bundle pechay, cleaned
3 tbsp patis
3 tbsp coconut oil
salt to taste
Procedure:
Saute garlic, onion and ginger. Add patis then the coconut milk(pangalawang piga). Let it boil. Add tilapia & green pepper. simmer for 3 minutes. Add pechay & kakang gata. Simmer for one more minute. Season with salt. Serve hot with rice.
