Ingredients:
3/4 kilo pork, sliced 1" x 1/2"
1/4 kilo Baguio beans or string beans
1/4 kilo long green hot pepper, seeded, sliced & soaked in water for 30 minutes.
1 onion, minced
1 head garlic, minced
1 cup coconut milk (kakang gata or unang piga)
1 cup coconut milk (2nd piga)
3 tbsp patis
2 tbsp of cooking oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Boil pork until tender. Set aside.
Saute garlic & onions. Add pork & patis then cook until light brown. Add the coconut milk, bring to a boil. Add the green hot pepper, Baguio beans or string beans then the coconut cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Season with salt. Serve hot with rice.
Note: You can use coconut cream to replace coconut milk.
