Pork Adobo with Carageenan (Seaweeds)

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pork belly, cleaned and cut into cubes
2 tbsp minced or crushed garlic
5 pieces dried bay leaves
1/4 kilo carageenan
4 tbsp vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp whole pepper corn
2 cup water
salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a casserole except carageenan. Boil for 25 minutes or until pork is tender. Add carageenan and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
