Ingredients:
1 kilo squid, cut and cleaned
1/2 head garlic, crushed
1 small size onion, chopped
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. peppercorns, crushed
3 pcs. bay leaf
2-3 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 cup water
salt
Put all the ingredients in a casserole. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt. Serve hot with rice.
