Angel of the Sea Pasta Trio Salad

Ingredients:
1 lb octopus, cleaned and sliced
1 lb fried lobster or shrimps
1 lb seared scallop
6 pcs lemon, juiced
3/4 lb angel hair pasta or spaghetti
3 tbsp sesame seeds
3 cans (11oz.) white bean, cooked
3 cloves garlic, minced
3tbsp scallion, chopped
12oz. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
In a large stock pot, boil pasta noodle until al dente. Drain and set Aside.
In a separate pot, boil octopus until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, put the beans, lemon juice, garlic, scallion, pasta, sesame seeds and olive oil. Mix well. Season with salt. Divide mixture into 3 parts. Mix octopus to one part, lobster or shrimps to another part and scallop to the last part. Put each mixture in a vodka glass. Serve at room temperature.
