Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
¼ cup sliced onion
½ k chicken, cut up
2 tbsp patis
2 8g MAGGI Magic Sarap
2 cups malagkit rice (glutinous rice), soaked in water for 20 minutes
2 tbsp juice of luyang dilaw (turmeric juice)
2 ½ cups coconut milk
1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
1 medium green bell pepper, cubed
2 pcs hardboiled eggs, sliced


Procedure

1. Heat oil, sauté garlic and onions until limp. Stir-in chicken cut ups. Cook until chicken turns white in color. Season with patis and MAGGI Magic Sarap.
2. Add drained malakit rice and the juice of luyang dilaw. Pour in coconut milk. Cover with wilted banana leaves. Slowly cook rice over low heat while occasionally stirring for 10-15 minutes.
3. When almost cooked, add the bell peppers peppers and sliced eggs. Transfer onto a banana leaf lined plate or bilao.
