Ingredients:

100 g lettuce leaves
1 small pomelo, peeled into segments
1 can tuna chunks in brine
1 tbsp chopped nuts

Dressing
1 tbsp NESTLÉ Premium Squeeze Orange Juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cayene pepper
1/2 cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
salt to taste


Procedure

1. Arrange letuce leaves and pomelo segments on a platter.
2. Sprinkle tuna chunks with nuts on top.
3. Combine all ingredients for dressing in a bowl.
4. Mix with salad.
