For the Pandan Cream: 1 bundle fresh pandan leaves, washed 2 cup water 2 cup sugar 1 cup all-purpose cream 2 cup crushed or shaved ice 1-1.5 L. tub Magnolia Gold Label Ice Cream, Buttery Sweet Corn 2 cup store bought caramel popcorn 2 cup store bought candied pili nuts 1 cup corn flakes Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
To make pandan cream: combine pandan, water and sugar in a saucepan. Let boil and strain. Let cool and add to chilled cream. Transfer to a squeeze bottle. Prepare 4 chilled glasses. Place a scoop of crushed ice in each serving glass then add 2 scoops of ice cream. Arrange caramel popcorn and glazed nuts then drizzle with pandan cream. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve right away.
