Ingredients:
3 pcs female crab, medium size, cleaned 1 tbsp garlic, minced 2 tbsp nelicom patis 2 tbsp corn oil 2/3 cup stock or water 1 tbsp UFC Banana Catsup 3-4 tbsp corstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water 1/4 tsp pepper
Procedure:
Remove crab fat from crabs. Saute garlic, patis, crab fat and banana catsup. Add crabs then the stock. Add dissolved cornstarch. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped scallions or chives.
