Ingredients:
1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp sliced onion 2 tbsp sliced ginger 2 tbsp UFC cooking oil 1/2 cup porkloin sliced into small pieces 1/2 cup shrimps 2 cups gata or coconut creme 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk 2 tbsp bagoong or balaw 1 1/4 cups taro (gabi) leaves 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 tbsp Nelicom patis 3 pcs bird's eye chili 2 tbsp UFC chili sauce
Saute garlic, onion, ginger and patis in oil. Add porkloin and shrimps. Stir for a few minutes then add the gata and milk. Add balaw or bagoong. Boil until meat is tenderl. Add taro leaves. Simmers for 3 minutes. add chili. Simmer again for a minute. Season with salt. Serve with hot steamed rice.
