Ingredients:
8 cloves garlic 3 tbsp annatto oil 2 1/2 cups pork, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 5 tbsp datu Puti vinegar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 3 tbsp nelicom patis 1 cup sigarilyas (winged beans) blanched & sliced
saute garlic in annatto oil until slight brown. Add pork and stir fry until brown. Add vinegar then simmer. Don't stir until vinegar boils and releases its acidic odor. Add salt, pepper and patis. Continue simmering until pork is tender. Add sigarilyas. Simmer for a minute. Serve with hot steamed rice.
