Ingredients:
500g. Lucban miki noodles 300g. medium size shrimps, shelled 200g. kikiam 1 pc carrot, cut into strips 3 heads pechay, cut crosswise 200g. sitsaro, stringed 1 pc. sayote, cut into strips 1/2 head garlic, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 7 cups of water or shrimp broth vinegar or kalamansi 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 cup patis cooking oil
Procedure:
Sauté onion and garlic. Add shrimps and kikiam. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and patis then water or shrimp broth. Let it boil. Add miki noodles, stir cook for 5 minutes. Add all the vegetables. Stir cook for another 2 minutes or until vegetables are half cooked. Season with black pepper. Serve in banana leaves (per single serving) with vinegar or kalamansi.
