Ingredients:
1 cup young coconut strips 1 pc carrot, cut into strips 1/2 head cabbage, sliced finely 200g. sitsaro, stringed 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 1/3 cup water 3 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tsp. black pepper bird's eye chili 2 tbsp olive oil kalamansi
Procedure:
Saute garlic, onion and oyster sauce in olive oil. Add water then the vegetables and coconut strips. Simmer for 3 minutes or until vegetables are almost done. Serve hot with kalamansi, soy sauce and bird's eye chili mixture.
