Vegetarian Omelet

Ingredients:
1 small can button Mushroom, drained
1 pc. each red and green bell pepper, seeded
1 medium sized onion
2 pcs tomatoes
3 pcs egg
3 tbsp coconut cream, evaporated milk or water
salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Procedure:
Put a little amount of butter in a frying pan and let it start to heat up over medium heat.
Put all the ingredients in a magic bullet or blender to chop and mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour mixture into the heated, oiled frying pan. Set the heat to medium low, put the cover on and cook until the omelet is set.
Tips: For kids to eat the veggies, blend or chop the veggies finely.
