Ingredients:

500 grams ground pork
1 cup shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
2 tsps. garlic,minced
1 piece onion,finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger,grated
2 tbsps. Datu puti Soy Sauce
2 tsps. Honey
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 piece egg
1 tsp. Jufran Hot Sauce
salt and pepper
wonton wrapper

For the Sauce:
1/2 cup Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tbsp. DatuPuti Cane Vinegar
2 tsps. DatuPuti Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Sesame oil


Procedure:
1. For the Wonton: Mix all ingredients together except wonton wrapper. Fill in wonton wrapper.
2. For the Sauce: Mix everything together. Set aside.
3. Steam pork. Serve with sauce.


TIPS:
IDEAMAKER : Substitute shrimp meat to ground pork for a healthier dumpling
SKILLBOOSTER - useyour pointer finger and thumb as a mold by putting your finger tips togetherforming a circle then form dumplings in this hole
TIMESAVER - this dishmay be steamed in advance then frozen for a couple of weeks until it will beeaten. Just steam again
