Lauya nga Baka (Beef Stew with Veggies)

Ingredients:
1 kilo beef, cut into 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ cubes 8 potatoes cut the same size as the beef 1 bundle Pechay cut into 2 pieces 1 small cabbage, quartered 1/4 kilo bBaguio beans, ends removed, cut into halves 1 medium-sized onions, diced 5 cloves garlic, minced 4 tbsp patis (fish sauce) 3 tbsp cooking oil peppercorns 1 liter water Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Saute garlic and onions in a pressure cooker. Add water, beef, peppercorns and patis. Close pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes. Cool pressure cooker then open. Add potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are half done. Add Baguio beans, simmer for a minute. Add cabbage and pechay.Simmer for another minute or until the veggies are half-done. Season to taste. Serve hot with steamed rice.
