Fish Sarciado

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo salmon, cod, maya-maya or lapu-lapu
1 medium onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 medium tomatoes, diced
3 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper
Olive oil or cooking oil
2/3 cup water
Procedure:
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the fish then fry. Set aside.
Saute onion, garlic and tomatoes in oil. Add water and bring to a boil. Add the fried fish. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add beaten egg stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with steamed rice.
