Sweet And Sour Mango Camaron

Ingredients:
1 piece mango,cubed (1/2 cup) 1/2 kilo shrimps, peeled and cleaned 1 tsp. grated ginger 1 tsp. onion powder 1/2 cup egg whites 1 cup cornstarch Golden Fiesta cooking oil 1/4 cup MangTomas Sweet and Sour Sauce
Procedure:
1. Slit shrimps underneath 4 to 5 times to keep them straight while frying. 2. Marinate the shrimps with onion powder, grated ginger, salt and pepper with few minutes. 3. Dip the marinated shrimps in cornstarch then eggwhites and then dredge in cornstarch again. 4. Deep fry and drain excess oil. 5. Toss Mang Tomas Sweet and Sour sauce in a hot pan with mango and then serve. TIPS: SKILL BOOSTER - Devein shrimps for a more professional twist to thedish. TIME SAVER - Pre-marinate and coat shrimps in cornstarch, freeze and use when needed.
