Ingredients:

1 kilong sugpo (hugasan at balatan maliban ang ulo at buntot)
1 kutsarang perrins sauce
2 kutsarang katas ng dayap
¼ tasang serbesa
¼ tasang mantika
sibuyas (hiniwang pabilog)
2 kutsarang toyo


Pamamaraan:

Ibabad ang sugpo sa toyo, katas ng dayap at perrins sauce. Bahagyang iprito ang sugpo. Kapag naluto na ibuhos ang serbesa, hayaang kumulo sandali saka ilagay ang pinagbabaran. Dagdagan ng kaunting tubig at ilagay ang sibuyas sa ibabaw. Pakuluan sandali at ihain ng mainit.
