Ingredients:
1/4 kilo Pork kasim, sliced & boiled
1/4 kilo Pork liver,cubed
1/4 kilo Pork heart, boiled and sliced
1/4 cup Pork kidney, boiled and sliced
1/2 cup Red bell pepper, cut into strips
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Garlic,crushed
2 tbsp. Onion,sliced
1 cup Broth
1/3 cup Vinegar
1-1/2 tsp Salt
Procedure:
Saute garlic, onion & all the meat. Stir-fry until light brown. Add broth,vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil. Add sweet pepper, simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
