Ingredients:
3 cups (720 g) rice washing
4 cloves (20 g) garlic, crushed
1/4 cup (76 g) bagoong isda, fish sauce
250 g (250 g) squash, cut into cubes
300 g (300 g) upo, cut into cubes
6 pc (400 g) medium galunggong, fried
2 cups (80 g) malunggay leaves
Procedure:
1. BOIL rice washing with garlic and bagoong isda. Add squash Let it boil. add upo & simmer til half done.
2. ADD DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and fried galunggong. Simmer for a minute. Add malunggay leaves. Simmer more for a minute. Serve hot with rice.
