2 cups fresh lato, cleaned, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
2 tbsp native vinegar
2 tbsp calamansi juice (lemon)
1/2 tsp salt

Toppings:
1/4 cup grated green mango


Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients together. Top with grated mangoes. Serve
