Ingredients:
1/2 liter water
2 pcs medium-sized camote (sweet potato), diced
3 pcs. tomatoes, sliced
1 malunggay(moringa) fruit peeled and cut 3" long
1 1/2 cup lima beans, cut 3" long
1 cup alucon
1 1/2 cups squashed flower (courgettes) cleaned
1/2 cup yam beans, slightly crushed
2 medium-sized eggplant, cut into bite size
grilled/ fried fish
3 tbsp bagoong (fish sauce)
Procedure:
Put water, onions, tomatoes, fish sauce and sweet potatoes in a sauce pan. Boil until sweet potatoes are cooked. Crush sweet potato a little bit. Add the other vegetables and continue boiling until half done. Add grilled or fried fish. Simmer for a minute. Adjust taste if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice
