Ingredients:
1 kilo pork shoulder, 1" thick
1 onion, sliced
1 match box sized ginger, chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tbsp ground pepper
1 tbsp hot chil(siling labuyo)
soy sauce to taste
1 lemon or 5 pcs calamansi, juiced
salt to taste
Procedure:
Sprinkle meat with salt then grill until well done. Slice pork into 1/4" x 1" size. Add all the ingredients into pork. Toss and adjust taste if desired. Serve with steamed rice.
