Uvod with Fish (Steamed Banana Heart's Core with Deboned Fish)

Ingredients:

6 pcs fresh fish, cleaned
2 cups fish broth
2 cups sliced uvod (Banana Heart's core)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
2 tsp chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes


Procedure:
Boil fish in water with salt, deboned then flake. Set aside.
Boil uvod in fish broth until done. Drain, Set aside. Reserve broth.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except broth and banana leaves. Form mixture into small balls (2" diameter). Tie with banana leaves. Steam for 5 minutes or until cooked. Serve with steamed rice using breadfruit tree leaves as plates.
