Ingredients:
3/4 kilo ground pork
1/4 kilo pork rind (balat)
200 gms Pork liver , diceed
3 cups pork blood, strained
1 cup vinegar
1 bundle lemon grass
8 pcs green hot pepper
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 medium-sized onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups water
Procedure:
Put ground pork & pork rind in a casserole. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion and vinegar. Simmer until the liquid is almost gone. Add water then boil until half done. Add liver, lemongrass, peppers & pork blood. Simmer until cooked. Season to taste. Serve hot with steamed rice.
