1 bundle fresh pechay, cleaned & sliced
1 medium-sized onion, sliced
4 tbsp suka ti Ilokos(vinaigrette)
a pinch of salt


Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients in a serving plate. Serve with fried or grilled fish and steamed rice.
