1 cup rabong(bamboo shoot), boiled
3 tbsp suka ti ilokos (vinaigrette)
1 thumb-sized ginger, chopped
1 medium-sized onion
a pinch of salt.
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients. Serve with fried or grilled fish & hot steamed rice.
