3 large-sized tarong (eggplant), broiled, skinned
1 medium-sized lasona (onion), chopped
2 medium-sized kamatis (tomatoes)
3 tbsp boggoong (fish sauce)
Procedure:
Arrange eggplant in a serving platter. Top it with tomatoes, onions and fish sauce.
