Ginisar nga Nateng (Sauteed Vegetables)

Ingredients:
250gms. karabasa (pumpkin) peeled and sliced
250 gms. utung (string beans), cut into 3" long
1/4 kilo pasayan (shrimps), shelled
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp patis(fish sauce)
1 tomato, sliced
2 cups water
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Procedure:
Saute garlic onion, tomatoes, shrimps and fish sauce in oil. Add water and let it boil. Add pumpkin and string beans. Simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked. season with salt. Serve with steamed rice.
