Ingredients:
1 cup gakka, soaked in seawater or salted water for 5 hours to remove sands inside the shells.
1 cup hot water
a pinch of salt
Procedure:
Add salt to hot water, stir then pour over the gakka. Drain after 3 minutes. Serve.
