Ingredients:
2 cups siek (shells)
1 medium-sized onion
1 medium-sized tomatoes
1 thumb-sized ginger
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 cups water
salt to taste
Procedure:
Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan except siek. Let it boil for 3 minutes. Add siek, simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked. Season with salt. Serve with steamed rice. Use a pin to remove the siek meat from the shells.
