Ingredients:

4 cups rice flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups coconut milk


Procedure:

COMBINE all ingredients. Mix thoroughly until sugar and rice flour are dissolved. Cook over medium heat, stirring continously until mixture thickens.

Dudol is the Northern Luzon (Philippines) version of maja blanca.
