Ingredients:
5 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup brown sugar
Filling:
sweetened munggo (beans)
oil for deep frying
Procedure:
Combine the 3 first ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Form into patties, put the munggo fiiling at the center, seal. Deep fry until done.
Baduya is a Northern Luzon version of buchi.
