Ingredients:

1/2 kilo fish or shrimps, washed
2 pinches of salt

banana leaves
Bamboo tube


Procedure:

Sprinkle salt to the fish or shrimps. Wrap with banana leaves then place inside the bamboo tube. Cover the bamboo tube, tie then cook over low fire for 10 minutes.
