Ingredients:
2 cups bisukol, shelled
2 cups fresh coconut milk
1 small ginger, sliced
2 pcs sili ti sairo (bird's eye chili), chopped
salt to taste
Procedure:
Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer for 15 minutes or until bisukol is cooked and only small amount of broth is left.
