Ingredients:
1/2 cup unoy Kalinga rice, washed
1/2 cup balatinaw (Kalinga dark colored glutinous rice), washed
15 cups water
1 small can evaporated milk
1 cup muscovado sugar
Procedure:
Boil unoy and balatinaw rice in a sauce pan. Stir constantly until cooked or until you reach the desired consistency. Add muscovado sugar, mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Serve hot with evaporated milk.
