Ingredients:
1/2 kilo alumahan(long jawed mackerel), mataan o matang baka(oxeye scad), maya maya (red snapper) or Sapsap(flatfish), washed
1 medium-sized onion, sliced
2 medium-sized tomatoes, sliced
2 pcs hot green pepper
1 bundle pechay, washed
1 tsp salt
4 cups water
Procedure:
Put water in a sauce pan. Add water, onion, tomatoes and salt. Bring to a boil. Add fish and hot green pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add pechay Simmer for another minute. Serve hot with steamed rice.
