Ingredients:

1 kilo cassava, skin removed, washed and cut 3" long
1 pc coconut, grated (optional)
1/2 kilo sugar
margarine (butter)
1 small box cheese, grated (optional)


Procedure:

Boil cassava in a pot until cook. Put in a platter, remove the core. Put in a mortar together with coconut and sugar then pound or mash until it becomes a dough. Form into small patties. Wipe
margarine or butter on top. Serve.
