Pinablad (Beans Stew)

Ingredients:

1 cup dried beans
1 grilled fish
1 medium-sized onion
3 cloves garlic
1 bundle squash flowers and tops (corguettes)
2 tbsp fish sauce
salt to taste
cooking oil
5 cups water


Procedure:

Boil dried beans in pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Set aside.
Saute garlic, onion, fish sauce and beans. Add water, bring to a boil. Add grilled fish and squash flowers and tops. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.
