Ingredients:
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup White sugar
1 1/2 bsp butter
Additional butter to grease rolling pin and cookie sheet
1/3 cup water to caramelize sugar
Procedure:
Toast sesame seeds until light golden brown. Remove the coatings by pounding. Set aside.
Grease the molder. Set aside.
Caramelize sugar in a pan until light golden brown. Add the sesame seeds and butter. Stir continuously until it thickens. Pour into the molder. let it cool. Serve.
