Mango Salad (Baguio Style)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup string beans, cut 3" long, blanched
1 cup carrots, cut into strips
2 pcs green mango, peeled and cut into strips or cubes
1 medium-sized onion, sliced finely
2 medium-sized tomatoes, sliced or diced
1 pc. lettuce
5 tbsp fish sauce or sugarcane vinegar with a pinch of salt
1 bird's eye chili, chopped (optional)


Procedure:

Toss all ingredients together except the lettuce.
Arrange lettuce leaves in a platter. Pour here the tossed veggies and mangoes. Serve.
