Ingredients:

6 pieces ripe saba bananas, peeled and sliced crosswise about ½ inch thick
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup gata (coconut milk)
1 cup NESTLÉ Cream
NESTLÉ Cornflakes
Cinnamon powder


Procedure
1. Boil together saba and brown sugar in gata for 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Pour in NESTLÉ Cream and simmer for another minute.
Serve topped with NESTLÉ Cornflakes and cinnamon powder if desired.
