Buko Chopsuey Rich in Vitamin A - for good eyesight

Ingredients:
1 pc (150 g) medium carrot, cut into strips
3/4 g (75 g) chicharo
1 g (100 g) medium head peachay, sliced
6 cloves (30 g) garlic, crushed
4 stalks (60 g) green onions, sliced
1/4 kg (250 g) shrimps, shells removed but keep tails intact
2 squares (180 g) tokwa, fried and cut into 1 1/2 x 1/4 strips
1 pc (535 g) buko, meat cut into 1- 1/2" 1/4 strips
1 pouch (115 g) DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup (123 g) shrimp juice water
Procedure:
1. STIR fry carrots, chicharo and pechay separately until cooked. Set aside.
2. SAUTÉ garlic and green onions. Add shrimps, tokwa, buko, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce, shrimp juice and 1 1/2 tbsp patis. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables.
