Ingredients:

6 cups Spare Ribs (choose meaty ribs)
½ cup Mama Sitas Barbecue Marinade


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Boil ribs in just enough water to cover it until becomes tender. Drain.

Marinate in Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven at 180 C (350F).

Bake ribs for 20 minutes.
