Crunchy Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:

2/3 cup (186.8 g) mayonaise
1 can (439 g) DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits

1 cup (172 g) cooked/frozen green peas, blanced
6 stalks (210 g) celery, diced

1 cup (138 g) toasted peanuts, chopped
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1/2 tsp (3.5 g) iodized fine salt or iodized rock salt


Procedure:

1. MIX all ingredients in a bowl. Season with 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt. Toss lightly. Chill thoroughly.
